Every once in a while, well maybe more like one time a month; I get a HUGE pizza craving. I LOVE NY style pizza but I always feel guilty after eating a few slices. And of course my weight doesn't budge or I even gain a pound or two for the week. I recently came across this awesome gluten free, low carb and diabetic friendly no dough pizza.
