Add the following contents to your NutriBullet canister:
50% Spring Greens
50% fruit (I used frozen Mango/Peaches and 1 fresh Banana)
1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds (boost)
1 scoop protein powder
Pineapple Juice to the max line
I added the following supplements: (feel free to add your own)
