Dr. Oz's Metabolism-Boosting Drink

A rule of the 21-Day Summer Slim down Plan is to have this drink after every meal. Not only will the recipe reduce bloating, it will stop cravings from ever coming on. The secret is cayenne pepper, which speeds up your metabolism. Have a glass of this drink after every meal to rev your body’s fat-burning engines.

Ingredients
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup watermelon
8 oz water

Direction
Throw the watermelon into a juicer or blender until it’s liquidized. Add the water and pepper to taste.
