Getting Back On Track

This week I'm focusing on getting back to my good eating habits. It is so much easier to fall off the wagon then get back on it. The good news is; every day is a new day to get it right and start over.

This morning I made a delicious whole wheat bagel with:

  • Light cream cheese (lightly spread)
  • 1/2 an Avocado
  • 1 Hard Boiled Egg
  • Seasoned to taste (I used Sea Salt, Garlic and Pepper)

I was going to add diced tomatoes on top, but it was piled high and I didn't want to over do it. I took one bite and could not believe how delicious the flavors were. My mouth was in heaven! This was inspired by my mom who made a similar breakfast (whole wheat bagel, spinach, low fat cheese - also delicious!)
