Gluten Free No Dough Pizza

Every once in a while, well maybe more like one time a month; I get a HUGE pizza craving. I LOVE NY style pizza but I always feel guilty after eating a few slices. And of course my weight doesn't budge or I even gain a pound or two for the week. I recently came across this awesome gluten free, low carb and diabetic friendly no dough pizza. Oven Baked Fried Chicken

Yummy Oven Baked Fried Chicken ~ I love me some Publix fried chicken, but they don't love me back. I found this baked version that has all the flavor without all the calories! 4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, pounded thin 1/2 tsp salt 1 tablespoon Season All (or other seasoning of your choice) 3/4 tsp pepper 1 cup flour 2 tsp paprika 1/2 stick butter Put the chicken into a bowl of milk to soak for about 25 minutes. Put the salt, Season All, pepper, flour, and paprika into a zipper bag or large bowl. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Melt the butter and pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Make sure the bottom of the entire dish is coated with the melted butter. Remove the chicken from the milk and shake off any excess milk, then dip (or shake) each chicken piece in the seasoning mix that's in the zipper bag or bowl. This quick breakfast sandwich is only 4 points on Weight Watchers and quick to make on a busy morning.  I love how the blueberries burst (or I poke them, lol) and the juices spread over the ricotta cheese. It taste like eating a blueberry cheesecake! Berries & Cream Sandwich Ingredients: 2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread (reduced calorie) 1/2c Fat Free Ricotta Cheese 1/2c Fresh Blueberries 1/2tsp of sugar substitute (optional) 1/4tsp ground cinnamon to taste (optional) 8 oz black coffee (not my thing, but if you like drink up!) Instructions: Spread each slice of toast with 1/4 cup ricotta; top each with 1/4 cup berries. Combine sugar substitute with cinnamon; sprinkle over top. Ingredients 2 tbsp chopped fresh oregano 2 tsp sesame seeds 1 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 1-1/2 pounds skinless wild salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch pieces 2 lemons, very thinly sliced into rounds olive oil cooking spray 1 tsp kosher salt 16 bamboo skewers soaked in water 1 hour Directions : Heat the grill one medium heat and spray the grates with oil. Mix oregano, sesame seeds, cumin, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl to combine; set spice mixture aside. Beginning and ending with salmon, thread salmon and folded lemon slices onto 8 pairs of parallel skewers to make 8 kebabs total.
